Motivational March – Workout Sessions – Autism NI

With the current lockdown in Northern Ireland making so many people feel deflated, drained and unmotivated, Autism NI is offering ‘Motivational March’ workout sessions to improve mental health and physical well-being for our parents, supporters, and anyone else who wants to join us for a fun workout! 

The workout sessions will be fun, interactive, and suitable for people of all ages. The first session will be held live on Autism NI’s Facebook page on Wednesday 3^rd March at 7pm with personal trainer Stephen Brennan and will continue every Wednesday throughout March.
